Current UAD 3.6 verification status
We are rebuilding this report against one frozen current-main release. AppraisalOS does not currently claim complete required, conditional, warning-rule, property-type, or external acceptance coverage. Internal mapping and automated-rule counts are not the same as successful authoring, XML/PDF round trip, official Compliance Rules API results, or UCDP acceptance.
AppraisalOS is in a controlled founding cohort. It provides UAD 3.6 authoring and internal PDF/XML/package checks for supported closed-beta scenarios. AppraisalOS is not currently listed as a GSE-verified UAD 3.6 appraisal software provider. Official Compliance Rules API results, UCDP submission, lender acceptance, and GSE acceptance remain external.

What a coverage claim would have to separate
These are distinct rungs. Reaching one does not establish the next, and no single rung may be published as “coverage.” The rebuilt report will state each one separately, with the test command, fixture, SHA, and artifact hashes behind it.
- Source fields catalogued
- UI authorable
- Durable save and reload
- Emitted in XML
- Local XSD pass
- PDF placement
- Internal H-1 behavior
- Official Compliance Rules API
- External UCDP acceptance
Known limitations
- Supported scenarios are a subset of residential work. Property-type support varies and is still being expanded.
- Internal checks run locally against a pinned XSD and supported H-1 rules. They are not the official Compliance Rules API.
- Generated PDF, XML, and package artifacts are candidates for appraiser review, not accepted submissions.
- An internal adversary audit of the product is recorded in the repository and informs this page. Its findings are being worked through; results will be republished against a frozen release.
